Project details

Designed a residential complex with an area of 9640 sq.m, it is located on a prestigious area of the Baku city. The complex is designed as 12-storey. The first two floors are designed for non-residential premises. On the upper floors there are residential apartments. All offered apartments are provided with wide balconies and are used in various landscaping elements. The architectural solution of the complex is designed in the style of deconstruction.
