The total area of the office building, the construction of which is destined for the Pirallahi territory, is 2830 sq.m. From the third to fifth floors of the office building it has a different altitude. Planning concept provides for the application of high technology communications systems. The architectural design of the building is clearly observed the elements of the former Cubist style.
