Project details
The construction of 12-storeyed residential complex is planned in the Nizami district of Baku on a plot of 2 ha. Over a typical floor of endmost building block provides 3floor “penthouse”. Located along the facade the balconies on the floors are unlike from each other. Their different waveform, projected forward, creates an interesting effect of light and shadow.
